Brisket Tortellini | The Depot Smokehouse & Tavern: 104 Broadway St, Alexandria, Cheese stuffed tortellini noodles with savory smoked gouda cheese sauce. Topped with sliced beef brisket, green onion, and their signature BBQ sauce.

Walleye Fish & Chips | Longtrees Woodfire Grill: 4961 Sanibel Dr, Alexandria — golden tempura battered walleye with hand cut fries.

Korea Beef Tacos | Pike & Pint Grill 110 30th Ave W — Marinated flank steak, sriracha aioli and cilantro-lime slaw in grilled flour tortillas.

Pork Belly Tacos | 205 Grill at Copper Trail Brewing: 205 Broadway St, Alexandria, Sous vide pork belly, seared with their Korean chili glaze. Served on flour tortillas and tipped with pickled red cabbage, onions, cucumbers, & sriracha aioli.

Street Corn Bowl | Boulder Tap House: 4961 Sanibel Dr, Alexandria — Chicken or beef, seasoned and seared with mojo sauce, layered on a bed of cilantro lime rice and topped with roasted corn and black beans. Served with fresh Pico, cotija cheese and pickled red onions. Drizzled with cilantro lime crema and cilantro.

Pan Fried Walleye | Lure Lakebar: 2800 N Nokomis NE,, Alexandria Crispy seasoned panko breading, lemon, tartar, and a choice of shore potatoes or fresh vegetables.

Fajitas Mazatlan – Casa Jalisco 523 Broadway St, Alexandria, MN 56308 (Combination of shrimp, octopus, scallops, and fresh pineapple covered in special crab sauce made with mushrooms, sweet pepper, and green onions. Presented in a carved half pineapple. Served with whole beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole)
