We`re excited to be at the Alexandria MN Farmers Market every Saturday! 🌼🍞 Our artisan sourdough breads are crafted with certified organic flours and the freshest organic ingredients whenever possible. Supporting local agriculture and enjoying fresh, homemade authentic sourdough breads has never been easier. Visit our booth and experience the difference for yourself!
OUR BREADS. We are a registered State of MN Cottage Food Producer and take our baking seriously. All of our breads are made from scratch in our home and are naturally leavened with our organic sourdough `Starter`. We use only the highest quality non-GMO, unenriched, unbromated, certified organic flours and the freshest organic ingredients available whenever possible to bake our premium loaves. Our dough is traditionally fermented before it is baked to give it the signature tangy sourdough flavor and to help break down the gluten making it easy to digest.
LOCALLY GROWN. Every loaf of our sourdough bread has locally grown, fresh-milled, non-GMO, certified organic flour(s) in it from Sunset Creek Farm near Albany, MN, who has been growing certified organic grains for almost a decade.
Ingredients you can trust and feel good about eating. Clean. Simple. Delicious.
