Grab your favorite snack and a water bottle for this short hike with where we will learn about bats, read a bat book and hopefully even see a few live ones. Bats are a very important and unique group of mammals. Lake Carlos State Park has always been a great place to see bats, but they are becoming harder to find and enjoy. Join the naturalist to learn more about these iconic creatures of the night, their unique skills, and what you can do to help ensure they are around for years to come. Meet at the Visitor Center.
