Have you ever heard the “slap” of a beaver tail or the crash of a falling tree? Beavers are preparing for winter and this makes it one of the best times of year to see one in the park. These extremely active and resilient engineers are amazing animals that alter their habitat in many ways, not always for the better. Come enjoy an evening around the campfire, while exploring the lives of busy beavers. Meet at the Amphitheater.
***Children must be accompanied by an adult to all programs.
***Programs may be canceled due to weather.
There is no cost for this event, but a Minnesota state parks vehicle permit is required to enter the park ($7/day or $35/year).
