Orienteering is a useful skill for navigating from one place to another. While GPS and cell phones have taken over for many daily compass uses today, a compass is still an important tool to know how to use. Learn the basics about using a compass and then try out your new skills on a short orienteering course. All materials will be provided. Meet at the Beach.
***Children must be accompanied by an adult to all programs.
***Programs may be canceled due to weather.
There is no cost for this event, but a Minnesota state parks vehicle permit is required to enter the park ($7/day or $35/year).
