Star Storm 2023

Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria is excited to announce their annual firework show Star Storm will be happening (weather permitting) on Tuesday July 4th starting around 10:00 p.m. on the shores of Lake Darling.

UPDATE on PARKING: preferred parking will be available at the resort starting at 6pm. Charge of $20 (cash) per car will be charged. There will not be any shuttle service.  Please be patient driving and walking along the roadways in the Arrowwood area.  Arrowwood asks for all to cooperate, please be respectful of the resort property and of others.

SEATING: There will be seating on the lakeside lawn of the resort to watch the fireworks. Arrowwood does ask those who join on their property to please pick up after yourselves.

BOATING: Join the fun watching the fireworks on the lake in your boat.

MUSIC: New this year! Grammy award winner Terrance Simien will be entertaining guests on the lakeside lawn. In 2023, Simien celebrates 40 years as a full-time professional touring and recording artist. He creates a hypnotic blend of New Orleans funk-reggae-flavored-world-blues-American zydeco roots music that beckons you to your feet and into the groove. It’s family fun for everyone!
